1.Carton Box Stitching Machine Description:

The four-servo double-piece semi-automatic nailer is an upgraded version of the semi-automatic nailer. Traditionally, the motor drives gears and bearings to rotate and complete the nailing process, limiting the distance between nails.

Adjusting the nailing distance on traditional machines requires using a wrench to adjust screws on the connecting plate. The servo nailer solves these issues. Its paper feeding system and nail head are controlled by a servo motor and settings can be made directly on the touch screen, saving time and providing an advantage over traditional high-speed nailers.

This machine can nail single, double, and reinforced nails at once, and is easy to operate, with size changes taking only one minute. The automatic paper feeding department can count and bundle nails automatically.

The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.
