Description of ESD correx sheets:
ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) correx sheet is added anti-static agent in the raw materials of the original correx sheets, and then stir the raw materials evenly, then extrude them out of the molding by professional equipment at high temperature, which can maintain a lasting anti-static effect.
Anti-static correx sheets are currently mostly used in the electronic product industry. The most important thing is that the esd correx panels can remove static charges from the surface of objects, which can effectively protect electronic components from being damaged by static electricity.
Two methods to choose high-quality esd correx sheets.
1. Measure esd index directly.
Use an anti-static instrument to measure the anti-static index of the esd correx boards. If it is a fake anti-static correx sheets, the measured anti-static index has a large fluctuation range. However, no matter how many times the real anti-static correx sheet is measured, the esd index is uniform and the fluctuation range is relatively small.
2. If you don't have a special instrument, you can check the surface of sheets with your eyes
When checking directly with your eyes, you only need to see whether the surface of the anti-static coroplast sheet is smooth, clean and tidy. because fake anti-static coroplast sheets are sprayed with anti-static oil, which often leaves a layer of oil stains, and the distribution of oil stains is uneven, in addition, the real anti-static coroplast board must have a uniform surface and a little luster.
