7 Layer Corrugated Roller Cardboard Production Line For Corrugated Board
1. Introduction of Corrugated Box
Corrugated cardboard and cardboard boxes refer to packaging boxes, large cartons, fast food lunch boxes, light or heavy transport packaging, etc. These products can be regarded as the leading boss in the packaging industry, and nearly 10,000 cartons (boxes) packaging factories nationwide. The demand for corrugated cardboard, cartons (boxes) and printing equipment in the circulation field is prosperous and in short supply. In addition to a large number of daily necessities using carton packaging, at present, motorcycles and bicycles are also widely used in carton packaging. In particular, the fruits that are indispensable in daily life are also packaged in cartons. According to industry predictions, vegetables will soon be widely used in cartons for packaging. With the further development of the economy, the speed of renewal and transformation of carton packaging enterprises will be accelerated, and various corrugated cardboard and carton (box) complete sets of equipment with a width of more than 2 meters, such as five-layer, seven-layer, nine-layer and high-strength, will be urgently needed.
According to the corrugated board production process, the corrugated board production line consists of two relatively independent process sections of the wet end equipment and the trunk equipment. The wet end equipment mainly includes the original paper tray, the automatic paper machine, the preheating pre-conditioner, and the single-faced corrugated board. Machine, paper transfer bridge, automatic tension control, glue applicator, double-sided machine, etc., wet-end equipment will make corrugated base paper into three, five and seven-layer corrugated cardboard with different type combination; cadre equipment mainly includes CNC change single cutting machine , slitting and creasing machine, cross-cutting machine, stacking machine, etc., the cadre equipment will carry out the slitting, cross-cutting and stacking output of the corrugated board according to the order requirements.
