II. For paper feeding department ,the wind belt choose materials to make high-tech, tension layer seamless docking ring belt, security machinery in use do not have trouble back at home.
III. For paper feeding department,the wind motor, main motor rotation are chosen from Taiwan, the high quality, the high stability performance motor.
IV. Choose high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, let the paper feeding department can be the single or continuous operation, effective control of the waste of cardboard specifications adjustment and output for accuracy of cardboard.
I. The motor chose import the well-known brand, stable performance, convenient speed adjustment, no noise pollution.
II. Folding department select imported high friction, super wear-resistant materials to make special the seamless docking annular conveyor belt, accurate to finish the automatic folding cardboard.
III. The glue roller adopt high quality stainless steel material, equally gelatinize, save glue and efficiency.
IV.Folding department equipped with double ways for creasing correction device, accurate effectively correct cardboard pit the deviation of the line, so that the whole carton completed the most accurate folding.
Automatic correction, stack output department with automatic counting, accumulation tidy, stack output can be set up according to the customer demand, how many the finished product box output and automatic calibration which is not standard such as forced the cartons forming.
