How we make one LED corn light:
1.Samsung/ Epistar are adopt as the light source, it’s high brightness about 120lm/w.
2.6060 aluminum used for heat sink material
3.Internal driver equipped with Rubycon capacitor totally potted with Dow Corning glue to achieve better heat dissipation
4.Carefully quality check, then inspected by the third party.
5.Safety package for transportation
LED Corn Light Features:
1. Dual heat dissipation design of the lamp body. Isolated aluminum heat sink and driver, hollow heat sink increase airflow.
2. Increase LED plates to 10/12pcs. No lighting shadow, more luminance uniformity.
3. Combined heat sink reserve gaps for more ventilation area.
4. Suitable to totally enclosed fixture.
5. Passed 6000V high voltage surge test, protect the lamp better.
