A, Jrone have more than 400 Turbine Shaft and Wheels available.The exducer diameter of the wheels range from 28.5mm to 132mm which can be applied to passenger cars, light and heavy duty commercial vehicles.
B, The replacement Shaft and Wheels cover many popular originally manufactured turbos.
C, The Turbine wheel casting is made from fresh high nickel (>73%) alloy Inconel 713, the equivalent being K418.
D, Material hardness and tensile strength is tested by professional testing equipment.
All wheels are balanced with Schenck automatic balancing centre with air bearings to achieve lowest residual balance.
E, Long life, high efficiency iridium and aluminum coated turbine shaft and wheels.
