NQ HQ plastic core box lid core tray Racking
As a special geological product, core box has strong function and high design requirements. At present, there are mainly two types of wood and plastic on the market, but the wooden box body is gradually replaced by the plastic box body due to the characteristics of poor weight bearing and easy moth.
“DIBIAO” brand- Q series core tray is designed according to standard wire-line rock core, its model include BQ.NQ.HQ.PQ,and we also have lid, block and tag as accessories to perfect drilling work. All our goods are produced by large injection machine, and A.B.C grade are separated according to different raw material, so client can choose the suitable core tray. Compare to ordinary type, Q core tray performs excellent under quite high/low temperature, and its age is much longer.
The latest DB series core box developed by our company is specially designed and manufactured for the permanent preservation of core (professional support of core library).
Compared with the products of other manufacturers, DB series core boxes have prominent self-body characteristics:

Casing made from low density polyethylene whole injection, stable chemical performance, high strength, non-toxic, tasteless, high temperature resistance, cold resistance, anti-aging, more suitable for storage and transport of the core in bad environment.
