Product Overview:
Triangle polishing belt sander is a kind of automatic polishing equipment specially designed for high precision manual sink production. It uses the triangular transmission structure to grind and polish the workpiece surface efficiently and uniformly, and is widely used in the surface treatment of stainless steel, aluminum and other metal materials. The compact design is cost-effective and can replace the traditional medium and large belt sander.
Technical functions:
1. The use of high-speed rotating ring sanding belt, combined with precision control system, can achieve high efficiency grinding and polishing, to ensure that the sink surface is smooth and burr free.
2. Support a variety of grinding modes, including surface grinding, wire drawing, polishing, etc., can be adjusted according to different workpiece requirements.
3.Equipped with advanced force control system, real-time detection of sand belt operating status through the sensor, automatic adjustment of grinding pressure, to ensure the stability and consistency of the grinding process .
4. The tension force of the sand belt can be adjusted through the control panel, and the tension wheel can be moved to adjust the tension degree of the sand belt to adapt to different grinding requirements.

1. Manual sink production: mainly used for stainless steel manual sink, medical sink, dishwasher sink and other products surface polishing and wire treatment.
