2. The chemical agent take effect under the ultra-sound and achieve result of de-oil and de-wax, after the spray system, water with 0.2MPa pressure washing away the dirt from the work piece surface. Then blower blowes away the humidity, finally dryer will finish drying process.
3. This washing line iscompact and easy to operate, which is an ideal equipment for steel ware washing.
4. Process flows: Work piece feed-in, ultra-sound de-waxing, section 1-hot water spray, section 2-hot water spray, section 3-hot water spray, section 4- pure water spray, section 5- wind blower, section 6-hot air circulation dryer, section 7-cooling, section 8-feed out.
