Self Aligning Conveyor Idler offeredcomprise quality assured range of self-aligning conveyor idlers that are suitable for use in tracking of both return and load-carrying side and find use in reversible conveyor belts, high-load conveyor belts slow moving conveyor belts. Supporting the requirements of providing protection to conveyor belts as well as enhancing involved safety standards, these feature use of three main roller & 2 guide rollers that make these suitable for use in areas like Road Construction Plants, Sugar Plants, Cement plants and others.

The bearing housing and steel tube are assembled and welded with a concentric automatic, welding machine.
Cuting of the steel tube and bearing is performed with the use of a digital aute device/machine/equipment.
Fabrication of the roller is effected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentricity.
Roller and supporting components/materials are manufactured to ISO/BS/JIS/DIN//CEMA standard.
