What are the differences between the buffer roller rubber ring and the ordinary buffer roller
(1) Long service life. The polymer material used in the roller body of the idler has mechanical properties similar to bronze, has good properties, and has good self-lubricating properties, and does not damage the belt.
(2) Superior anti-corrosion performance. Both the roller body and the seal are made of polymer materials. Used in corrosive occasions, the service life can reach more than 5 times that of ordinary rollers. The specifications of polymer corrosion rollers include 4 series, including φ89, φ108, φ133, φ159, etc., with more than 30 varieties. Non-standard rollers can also be manufactured according to user requirements. There are two types of roller body materials: mc nylon and polyurethane, which are selected according to the characteristics of corrosive substances in the use environment.
(3) Light weight and low rotational inertia. The polymer material used for the roller is light in weight, and its specific gravity is one-seventh of that of steel. The weight of the roller made of this material is about one-half of the weight of the ordinary roller, and the rotation inertia is small. It is between the roller and the belt. The friction is small.
