The working principle of
When the screw axis rotates, the material can only move forward along the trough bottom of the conveyor under the push of the blades due to the gravity of the material and the friction generated between the material and the trough wall, just as the nut that cannot be rotated can move along the translational motion of the rotating screw. Maintenance and management

(1) Lubricating oil shall be added to transmission parts such as bearing, gear and chain regularly.
(2) After the box feeding machine is stopped, the spiral blade shall be inspected for wear and repair welding in case of serious wear.
(3) The conveying quantity should not be overloaded, otherwise the material cannot be discharged, which will cause the spiral shaft bending and the box body swelling.
(4) When the conveying medium is of high deflection, attention should be paid to whether the expansion and contraction of the box body is free and not stuck, if there is a solution.
(5) In the operation of the conveyor, when the noise jarring, should be opened to check, troubleshoot.
