Tiptop is a global supplier of hydraulic control lines, we offer a variety of stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel, monel, and super austenitic welded and seamless tubing, depending upon the properties the tubing is required to exhibit. Other alloys and sizes available upon request. Stainless steels exhibit excellent forming and welding characteristics, while duplex stainless steels named for their austenite and ferrite compositions, has greater yield strength than austenitic stainless steel. Nickel alloys have high corrosion resistance and temperature strength, while super-austenitic alloys were designed to resist crevice corrosion, pitting, chloride-induced corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. We can also offer the encapsulation of control lines to provide increased durability along with chemical and corrosion resistance. To meet each project's specialized requirements, we have developed two primary jacketed
tubing. F46 Encapsulated Control Line and Nylon Encapsulated Tubing

Seamless control lines are used in SCSSV, Chemical Injection, and Advanced Well Completions. Seamless tubes provide another tubing solution for our customers' complex well designs. The most common uses for Seamless line tend to be shorter length applications whereby no orbital welds are required. Please contact our team to learn more about our seamless control line offerings.

Wall Thickness (WT): 0.5mm (0.020”) to 3mm (0.118”)
OD tolerance: +/- 0.005” (0.13mm) , other tolerances are available on request
WT tolerance: +/- 10%, other tolerances are available on request
Tubing Coil lengths up to 6,000m (20,000ft) without orbital joints depending on product dimensions and its form (seamless tube or welded tube).
Coil lengths up to 13,500m (45,000ft) with orbital joints
