China TRUCKMAN brand Bulk cement tank transport semi-trailer
Bulk cement tank truck, bulk cement truck (alias cement tank truck, powder material truck). Cars with closed cargo compartments and automatic unloading devices for transporting bulk cement. It is mainly used in cement plants, cement warehouses and large construction sites, which can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor. There are three types of bulk cement cars, introduced:
① Gravity unloading truck: the first bulk cement truck. It is made by adding a closed cargo compartment roof to an ordinary dump truck. When the cargo is unloaded, the cement is automatically unloaded by gravity. This ash unloading method can only unload cement to a position lower than the carriage. When unloading, the cement will fly and the blanking area will be large.
②Mechanical ash unloading cars: Began to use in the 1950s. It uses a screw conveyor installed on the car to unload ash and adjust the height of the screw conveyor to unload cement to different heights and reduce cement flying. However, the ash unloading machine parts are easy to wear because they directly push the cement.
③Pneumatic ash unloading car: Appeared in the 1960s, it is relatively simple to use. At present, the maximum load capacity of this type of car is nearly 100 tons. Its cargo compartment is a tank-type container, standing upright or reclining on a car frame. The horizontal tank has a low center of gravity, and the car runs stably, and it is widely used. The tank body is welded by steel plate or aluminum plate, and can also be made of glass steel. The upper part of the tank is provided with one or more ashing openings along the length of the tank to facilitate filling the entire tank. The ash loading port can double as an entrance for maintenance personnel. The bottom of the tank is provided with a cement fluidization device. The car is equipped with an air compressor for ash unloading. When ash is unloaded, compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom of the tank, and is divided into thin streams by the air-permeable layer of the cement fluidization device, which is evenly filled with cement to form an air-cement mixture. The discharge tube leaked. Pneumatic ash discharge method has the advantages of fast ash discharge, less dust flying, flexible long discharge pipe can be used to discharge to any height and distance, and can be used in open weather on windy days.
