TRUCKMAN Semi Trailers Maintenance matters
Safe driving is the top priority of truck life. To prevent problems beforehand, trailers should be routinely inspected every week or before each transportation. The more comprehensive the inspection matters, the better. Xiaobian only uses the following eight major aspects as a guide. Safety first! You can go on the road only after checking everything is fine.
Fold 1. Look at the tires

Visual inspection shows that there is no lack of gas and foreign matter adhesion, and then whether the steel ring is deformed or cracked.
Fold 2. Check the tightness of the tire screws

Don't be too troublesome with this detail. You should check each screw one by one. Running a screw halfway is a trivial matter. Losing a tire can also be solved by money. But if you run out of an accident, you can't regret it . To paraphrase it is "nothing trivial to tires", I hope everyone remembers.
Folding 3. Suspension system is enough
Look at the tightness of all nuts and bolts and U-bolts. This is all about whether you eat a tire.
Fold 4. Shake the legs to ensure normality
For the outrigger inspection, you must shake up and down and try a few times, and then see if there are cracks in the welding place, especially the riders who are now running and hanging, must pay attention to this problem.
Fold 5, touch the wear of moving parts

Reach out and touch the small parts of the box hinges, box hooks, stakes, container locks and other small parts to see if there are any cracks and breaks.
6.Check all lamps and anti-cursor paste
Check electrical circuit
Just look at the touch, do n’t be abnormal, just turn on the car and see if there are any bad lights. There is no shortage of reflective signs. I believe there must have been a penalty on the road for defective reflective signs.
Fold 7, look at the tractor and semi-trailer brake connection

Fold 8. Listen to the brake for leaks
Get out of the car and listen for the sound of air leaks. Test whether the brakes work.
