Flat Pack Container House Features:
(1) Flexible Combination
It could be used alone, or combined horizontally to create big open space, or stacked vertically up to 3 storeys.
(2) Flexible Transport method
*Delivery by whole container after installation
*4 units packed horizontally as a 20’
*6 units packed vertically into a 40’ high-cube shipping container.
(3) Low Transporting cost
4 units can be packed as a 20’ shipping container, which can save 3/4 freight cost; And 6 units can be packed into a 40’ high-cube shipping container.
(4) High prefabrication
Electrical system has been prefabricated in the roof frame and wall panels.
Plumbing pipes has been prefabricated in the bottom frame.
Doors and windows has been prefabricated in the wall panels.
Above high prefabrication could decrease the site construction period greatly. Usually, four workers could install one unit in 3 hours.
