Rack And Pinion Elevator Description
Construction hoist is a kind of elevator that is driven by a motor gear to lift cage of person and goods by rolling on the rack, the device has been equipped with anti-falling safety device, overload device and numerous mechanical interlocking safety instrument to ensure people and cargo security, the guide is attached to the building by the wall frame, it can be hoisted with the buildings increased.
The product has absorbed advanced manufacturing technology, it has the characteristics of innovative design, reasonable structure, simple operation, easy accessibility, safe and reliable. Its safety design and configuration is full compliance with national standards. It is mainly applicable to high-rise building construction personnel and cargo transport of bridges, chimneys, buildings, also can be used for the vertical transportation of warehouse, loading docks.
Rack And Pinion Elevator Configuration
There is a electrical small crane available to facilitate the assembly of the construction elevator.
There is the additional 'C' door at cage side for convenient loading/unloading.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
Lighting inside construction elevator car is LED ceiling lamp
The construction material hoist cage roof doors are equipped with Interlock.
Equipped with hoist drop test facility with remote control.
A frequency control unit (FC), with closed-loop, be equipped.
