Standardization and universalization of cages make them can be used as left or right cage freely.
The standardized and universal electrical cabinet, resistance box and base make them can be replaced wholly or individually, and their installation position can also be changed.

The hot dip galvanised or dip painting finishing make the inner wall of pipes also be protected, greatly improve the corrosion resistance.
The center-setting rack and drive device is of large power transmission moment, good force balance on drive frame.
Apply helical gearbox with large bearing capacity, small tooth wear, impact resistance, of which service life is greatly improved (about 3 times more than worm worm reducer).

What is the advantage of applying non-eccentric rollers on the rack and pinion construction elevators?
After the rack and pinion hoists are installed, the technicians must adjust the position of rollers to ensure the gaps between rollers and mast section pips are proper.
The rollers of lifts drive devices and hoist cars must be adjusted to be in place, and the gaps must be right, or, the elevators will shake or tremble when running.
And adjusting the rollers needs experiances and serious and careful attitude.
