Hanging by the porcelain, porcelain insulator iron cap and steel legs with no less than 525 Portland cement, quartz sand cement gel pack. The contact surface between the iron cap and the steel foot and the adhesive is lightly coated with a buffer layer, and the top of the steel foot is provided with elastic liner. Porcelain surface generally painted white glaze, brown glaze, according to the need to draw other glaze. The surface of iron cap and steel foot is all hot-dip galvanized. The push-pull type elastic locking pin of ball-type connection has two types: w-type and r-type, both of which are made of tin bronze, brass and austenitic stainless steel. Grooved cylindrical and hunchback cotter pins, the former having a hot zinc surface and the latter made of brass. The elastic locking pin, cylinder pin and other parts are supplied with complete sets of products.
Insulator according to the connection points ball type and trough type two kinds.The same strength grade of regular and fouling resistance type insulator, using the same size ball and socket connections, can guarantee the swap.
