High quality C track type festoon cable trolley system for crane is a conductive form of power supply for the crane trolley. It consists of a walking wheel, a bracket and a supporting plate. The flexible cable is fixed on the supporting plate. The traction frame and the I-steel cable pulley are synchronized to achieve the purpose of cable power trolley. Cable trolley is also called cable block, cable pulley, cable rail trolley, cable block trolley, I-beam cable block, I-beam trolley, cable conductive trolley.
Composition:
High quality C track type festoon cable trolley system for crane is composed of a pull-in pulley, a cable pulley, and a terminal pulley. The traction pulley follows the cable guide (traction) device of the mobile machine. Each mobile machine is equipped with one and runs back and forth with the mobile machine. The middle cable pulley suspends the cable within the I-steel track and moves with the traction pulley. The two ends are equipped with buffer heads. The number of pulleys depends on the length of the movement. The terminal block is fixed at the end of the I-steel guide rail. Generally one set is provided for each mobile machine.
