Usage conditions:
The SMC-8018 produced by Jiangsu Siming is a general-purpose construction machine control system. The front section of the unilateral balance beam uses 3 single-probe sensors, and the rear section uses a 6-probe shoe sensor. The shoe sensor can be used for height detection, and its operation is simple and reliable. SMC-8018 is a flexible and efficient control system. Its operating system is based on advanced micro-processing technology and adopts CAN bus technology. It is suitable for all kinds of imported and domestic brand pavers, and is used for automatic leveling control in the construction of supporting pavers.
Technical features and advantages:
1.Highly intelligent, it can automatically identify the limbs of construction workers, tools, pits and wells, etc., and give automatic alarms; when there is a line connection failure or probe failure, the panel LED numbers can prompt alarm displays. For example, some systems are equipped with multiple probes on both sides. If one group of probes fails, it can switch to emergency mode and still work normally to ensure the smooth progress of construction.
2.The processing technology is fine. The product adopts integral potting, which is moisture-proof and vibration-resistant, and the protection level can reach IP67. The selected components are directly imported from abroad to reduce possible defects in the intermediate links.
3.The detection range is large, which can improve the continuity of measurement and avoid the occurrence of sudden rises and drops.
4.It has good adaptability and can work stably and reliably in different construction environments (such as high-temperature environments), temperature conditions and material characteristics.
