Product description:
The leveling instrument plays a crucial role in paver construction. It can ensure that the paved road surface has uniform flatness and accurate slope, greatly improving the quality and service life of the road surface.
Working Principle
The leveling instrument usually detects the height changes of the road surface through sensors and transmits this information to the control system of the paver. The control system adjusts the height and angle of the paver's screed based on the received signals, thereby achieving precise control of the paving thickness.
For example, the common contact-type leveling instrument uses the contact between the probe and the reference line to sense the height difference; the non-contact type leveling instrument measures the distance through technologies such as laser or ultrasonic waves.
Leveling instrument features:
1. The digital leveling instrument separates the signal part and the output part originally integrated in the analog leveling, and connects through the data line, so the performance is more stable.
2. The display of the controller is more intuitive. Even if it is working at night, if there is a fault, it can be found as soon as possible, so that the fault can be solved faster.
3. The controller has high-level and low-level outputs, which can meet the needs of different paver machines, so there is no need to replace the instrument.
4. According to the difference in the response speed of the leveling cylinder of different paver machines, adjust the controller parameters to meet the requirements of on-site paving construction.
5. When you need to adjust the thickness, you only need to adjust it with the up and down keys, which is easy to use.
