Application:

1. The grout pump can be used to grout cement paste,mortar and other liquid(partical size ≤3mm) . Medium temperature is between 5-8℃. The water cement ratio of solid- liquid mixture should be 0.75 or higher. The maximum output pressure should be 4Mpa, and work flow 3.6 m³/h.
2. The grout pump is widely used pressure grout in tunnels, coal mine, bridges and dams, building foundation, and other underground projects.

During the reciprocating movement of the piston, the outlet check door closes under the action of its own weight and the pressure difference when the piston moves outwards, and the inlet check door opens under the action of the pressure difference.

Suck the liquid into the pump chamber. When the piston presses inward, the pressure in the pump chamber rises, causing the inlet check door to close, and the outlet check door to open to press the liquid into the outlet pipe.
