Introduction:
Rotor shotcrete machine is a special equipment for pneumatic conveying concrete in coal mine construction. The machine has a dust cover, which can effectively prevent dust from being sprayed; it has a sealing lubrication system, a hydraulic automatic compressing system, and an automatic adding system for accelerator agents, which can improve the service life of seals and reduce dust.
The overturning of the hopper seat and the lifting of the rotor body are hydraulically driven to reduce the maintenance workload. Mechanically hidden turning plate, adjust the size of the hopper discharge opening, the shotcrete volume can be adjusted steplessly from 3 to 5 squares according to the needs, and the accelerator can be added automatically. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life.
Working principle:
The concrete material is added to the vibrating hopper, passes through the screen mesh and falls to the straight-through material cavity of the rotor, and rotates with the rotor to the discharge port, where it is blown into the discharge elbow by the compressed air which introduced by the air path, and then enters the conveying pipe, sending out.
The rotor type shotcrete machine is mainly composed of driving device, rotor assembly, sealing system, vibrating hopper, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, sealing lubrication system, accelerator adding system and shotcrete volume adjustment system.
