Overview:

The screw type grouting pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) adopts advanced screw pressurization technology, developed and combined with construction engineering field practice, and then improved. It has become mature and widely used in construction engineering, and has been extended to the coal industry for grouting of underground loose rock formations, consolidation or anchor hole grouting, and various slurries of fire extinguishing agents under various working conditions.

The pressure and slurry consistency can be adjust at any time when the grouting process, so that the grouting pressure and the amount of slurry can also be adjusted.

The pump is composed of a motor, a coupling, a conveying screw, a universal joint, a pressurized stator, a pressurized screw, a pump head, and a discharge joint.

Conditions of Use:

The working environment temperature of this pump is 0~40℃, and the normal working temperature of its oil temperature is 40~65℃.

The working environment of the pump does not exceed 1000m above sea level, and it should be treated as a special case if it exceeds 1000m.

When the pump is working, the whole machine should be placed on a level and solid ground.
