400L Reclaiming Turbine Concrete Cement Mixer For Grouting Project

Application:

1. The machine is mainly used to cement grouting project.
2. It can be equipped with grout pump and used for tunnel excavation and maintenance, mining well engineering, dam construction, foundation treatment of big bridges and high building, and pressure grouting of all kinds of underground constructions.

Working principle :

When working, cement and water are added into the mixing barrel in proportion, and the materials in the barrel flow and mix uniformly at high speed under the function of the mixing pump, and the prepared slurry flows into the agitator barrel through the valve. The agitator barrel is equipped with agitating blades to avoid slurry precipitation. The discharge port of the agitator barrel is adjusted by a butterfly valve. The slurry enters the hopper of the screw pump through the discharge port and is pumped to the grouting position.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment; L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
