1. Pneumatic Grouting Pump is a lightweight and high-performance equipment specially developed by our company for sealing and grouting. It takes compressed air as the only power source, the core pneumatic pump adopts advanced built-in sliding automatic reversing design, the slurry cylinder is a unique built-in differential double-acting piston structure, and is equipped with a powerful pneumatic mixer. 2. Pneumatic Grouting Pump is novel and unique in design, beautiful in appearance, particularly compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, easy to use, easy to carry, easy to disassemble and maintain, and is especially suitable for sealing and grouting with a large range of mobility in coal mines.
3. Pneumatic Grouting Pump is equipped with an inlet pressure regulator valve, a pressure gauge at the grouting outlet, and a high-pressure ball valve. The grouting pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the grouting flow.

The mixer is equipped with a pneumatic motor, which can realize the speed of stirring according to the air volume and air pressure, realize the mixing uniformity of the sealing material, and enhance the grouting strength; at the same time, there is a nominal ratio scale in the barrel, which can realize the mixing of the material. 7. The air inlet of the pump is MT-19 quick-plug interface, and the pulp outlet can use MT-19 quick-plug interface, which realizes the convenient and fast connection of the discharge pipe, and the sealing is reliable.
