Hydraulic Grout Pump Station With Two Barrels Cement Mixing Storage For Grouting

Application:

1. The grout station machine is mainly used to cement grouting project.
2. It can be equipped with grout pump and used for tunnel excavation and maintenance, mining well engineering, dam construction, foundation treatment of big bridges and high building, and pressure grouting of all kinds of underground constructions.

Working principle :

When working, add cement and water in proportion to the slurry cylinder. The materials in the cylinder flow and mix uniformly at high speed under the action of the slurry pump.

The prepared slurry is fed into the storage cylinder through the gate valve; the storage cylinder is equipped with agitator to prevents the slurry from depositing; the hydraulic grouting pump is a double-cylinder double-acting piston pump. The high-pressure oil produced by the oil pump pushes the piston in the oil cylinder to reciprocate, and the piston of the grouting cylinder also reciprocates at the same time, and cooperates with the suction and discharge valve group to suck materials from the mixing and storage slurry tank to complete the suction and discharge work of the slurry cylinder.
