The Spectacle Wear Plate of the pump truck is an important wear-resistant part, which is usually installed in the conveying pipeline of the concrete pump truck. Its shape is similar to a round plate, with a hole in the center, which is used to install and fix on the inner wall of the conveying pipeline. In the concrete conveying process, the Spectacle Wear Plate is directly in contact with the concrete and is subject to strong friction and impact force, so it needs to have high wear resistance and impact resistance. Usually made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, such as high-chromium cast iron, tungsten carbide, etc., to extend the service life.

The cutting ring is a wearing part installed in the concrete pump cylinder, which mainly plays the role of grinding and cutting.
