Features of Planetary mixer
Planetary mixer is a new type of high efficiency, stirring without dead corner equipment; it has a unique form of stirring. Mixer has good deaeration effect, the cylinder body can be designed to be heated or cooled according to customers' needs.The cover is hydraulic lifting, convenient to operate and clean and the cylinder body can move freely. Planet drive the two stirring shaft turns around the material barrel, at the same time, the stirring shaft is high-speed operation, so that the material is strong shearing action, achieve full dispersion and mixing effect.Cylinder with special seal structure and have the pressure or vacuum stirring.
Product advantage and description
Concrete mixer is advanced at home and abroad, the ideal model, and has a high degree of automation, fast discharging, mixing of good quality, high efficiency,low energy consumption, low noise, easy operation, long service life of lining and blade, convenient maintenance. In this mchine, the two horizontal mixing shafts are mixed with the reverse equal-speed rotation, which can be realized the maneuvering discharge through the pneumatic piston push rod. Plasticity, ductility, briquettability concrete and all kinds of mortar can be mixed. Concrete mixer consists of feeding mechanism, electric control system, mixing mechanism, discharging mechanism, water supply system, etc.
Principle of Motion: Mixing with no hidden corners in the mixing pan by installing mixing tools and scraper tools on a specially designed drive system.
