ASION trailer concrete pump is categorized into two types of engine powered: electric motor and diesel engine. Main features are as follows:
1.Open hydraulic system with tri-pump and two circuit is adopted in the diesel trailer concrete pump , constant power control and pressure cut-off control can promise a multistage and reliable main pump.
2.High quality hydraulic components and valves use German REXROTH, the valve for switching high pressure to lower pressure is designed to be easily controlled, which can adjust the condition of the diesel trailer concrete pump easily in accordance with the requirement of job site.
3.The equipped leading overflow valve makes the overflow to be safer, the main pumping circuit and S valve circuit of the diesel trailer concrete pump are independent to each other, which makes the working system reliable and the changeover steady.
1. Adopted advanced smooth s-tube valve
it can meet the transportation of fine stone concrete or commercial fine stone concrete, and should not block the pipe.
2. Eyeglasses plate and cutting ring
high hardness, wear-resisting alloy material is adopted for longer service life.
3. High outlet pressure
it can meet the conveying requirements of high-rise buildings and long-distance construction.
4. Hydraulic oil cooling adopts air cooling system
Good cooling effect, easy to use, not easy to produce pollution to oil.
5. Stepless manual variable displacement
It can meet the different requirements of many users on discharging speed.
6. High wear resistant concrete cylinder
Ensure and increase the service life of the concrete pump, reduce the maintenance cost of the user.
7. Main cylinder of chrome plating on inner hole in new process
thus avoid the problem of damaging the main cylinder due to dirty oil.
