• HZS25 concrete batching plant is mainly composed 0f PLD800 batching machine, JS500 concrete mixer, cement silos, automatic computer control system, electronic weighing, screw conveyor and others.It can mix fluidity concrete, plastic concrete, hard concrete and other proportioning concrete.The Fixed Concrete Batching Plant can be used for industry, construction, road, railway, bridge, water conservation, ports, and so on.

1. Adopting twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer, FOCUS ready mixed concrete batching plant mixes evenly and rapidly, achieving good mixing effect for all kinds of dry, semi-dry and plastic concrete;
2. Compact-structured planetary gear was adopted in our concrete plantto ensure smooth, speedy and efficient transmission;

3. Concrete batcher can be designed as underground, partially underground or fully-above ground, 3-6 hoppers are pneumatically controlled by computer with fast and accurate instruct, whole job can be done in separate or accumulative models;
4. Aggregate belt conveyor is truss-framed for easy assembly, inclination angle is normally less than 20 degrees, however, it can be up to 45°by adopting through(groovy) belt when the ground area is limited for the concrete plant;

5. Three-point suspension sensors equipped to guarantee accurate and fast powder and liquid weighing;
6. Dust collection system mainly aims at dealing with dust generated in the process of loading the mixer and pumping powder into the powder tank, the whole concrete plant is all in closed state;
