HZS series concrete batching plant belongs to compulsory and efficiency equipment, It includes JS concrete mixer, PLD batching machine,cement silo and control system. The main machine of this series use JS series double shaft compulsory mixer. It is widely used large and medium scale building works, road and bridge works and concrete products prefabrication plants, and is an ideal equipment to produce commercial used concrete.
1. Aggregates batcher
The quantity of aggregate silos depends on the customer's requirements, usually three silos. A wheel loader can be used to transfer the aggregates to the aggregate silos. In the bottom of the aggregate silo, there are one fine aggregate and one coarse aggregate discharging gate. Once receiving signals, the cylinder will open the discharging gate, and the aggregates are discharged into the weighing hopper respectively.
2. Weighing system
It adopts special DSB-III, it has the function of automatic difference compensation. Aggregates, cement, water and additive all has their own weighing machine, and the results are accurate.
3. Aggregate transferring system
After weighing, the aggregate are sent to the hopper, from the hopper the aggregates are discharged into the mixer.
4. Control system
After weighing, the aggregate are sent to the hopper, from the hopper the aggregates are discharged into the mixer.
1.Turn on control software, login to operation interface;
2.Set or access working parameters of concrete production, such as recipe number, concrete grade, slump, total production volume, etc.
3.Start production;
4.The software/PLC will give signal to each part of the plant, to finish the material feeding, measurement, loading into the concrete mixer, mixing and discharging;
5.If there are some problems during production, the software will detect the error and light up alarm lamp on computer screen or indicator display, so that the operator can stop the production till problems solved.
6.Regarding to the material feeding, the various of electric motors, butterfly valves and load cells will work automatically according to digital signal.
