Introduction
This series of mobile mixing plant adopts the semi-pulling structure with running system and standard coupling pin included. It is a new type of movable cement mixing plant which can be dragged by a tractor to transferring work-site easily and quickly. Without foundation and commissioning enables convenient movement and quick installation.
1) Concrete batcher mobile plants is composed of systems of material supply,weighing,mixing and electric control;
2) Discharge height of this concrete batching plant is 3.8m;
3) With the loader to feed material, this concrete batching plant can store four types of aggregates at the same time and also with two cement silos and their respective screw conveyor;
4) With electronic scales to measure and the mixing host is twin-horizontal-axis type;
5) Electrical system of this concrete batching plant is equipped with IPC,printer and so on to realize the centralized control and overall management;
6) With the functions of real-time display,information storage and automatically equalizing the fall during the production process;
7) Such concrete batcher mobile plants can be controlled by computer and manually,and they can be easily converted through the switch;
8) The modular design of such concrete batching plant is convenient for the containerized transport;
