1. The interior of the mixing plant needn’t to be cleaned manually, not sticking the mixer shaft and the mixing drum cover.
2. The concrete hopper adopts wear-resistant technique, the service life is five times of before, and the hopper will not be damaged.
3. Additive scale adopts leakage-proof technique, ensuring the concrete production safety.
4. The water scale adopts pressurized water-discharging technique. It is convenient to add or reduce water, ensuring the control of the concrete slump.
5. Modular design, high industrial degree, fast assembling and debugging.
6. The hopper adopts techniques of not sticking sand and fast unloading. The loading process is fully sealed, which is environmental friendly and pollution-free.
7. The filler bin is installed with centralized controller and negative pressure pulse dust collection device, which facilitates the driver’s direct control, realizing the safety of the cement bin and environment protection and dedusting.
8. The operation of the control system is easy, stable, and reliable, having many functions such as supplement, deduction, successive production, intelligent alarm, etc..
