Introduction of Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
DASION YHZS series portable mobile concrete batching plant is an innovation movable (by trailer) concrete mixing plant designed to fulfill a variety of applications. It is mobile so it's an ideal model for distance construction projects like roads, bridges, ports and any other small-scale projects.
Mobile concrete batching plant is consist of aggregate loading system, electric auto-measurement system. The core of the whole system is the auto-measurement controlled by computer, which will operate the feeding quantity of cement, sand, gravel, keep the mixture ratio of concrete strictly, to ensure the production quality.
1. High Uniformity: The double horizontal shaft mixing system is specially designed to improve the strength and uniformity of concrete, no deposition or segregation.
2. High productivity: The reasonable matching of proportioning system and
conveying system ensures the mixing plant to achieve its ideal productivity.
3. Reliable and convenient operation: Dual-computer control system, auto/semi-auto/manual switchable.
4. Environment Friendly: The powder is in a closed condition during the conveying and weighing process. Both the mixing plant and the powder silos are equipped with imported dust collectors to improve dedusting efficiency.
