1. JS500 forced concrete mixer is also known as 0.5 cubic mixer. The system is a double horizontal shaft forced mixer series; the theoretical productivity is 25m3 / h per hour, which is used for HZS25 mixing station and YHZS25 mobile concrete mixing station as a stirring host.
2. JS500 double shaft concrete mixer can be used alone, it also can with different types of PLD series batching unit into a simple concrete mixing station. And it can stir harsh, lightweight aggregate concrete and all kinds of plastic mortar. JS500 concrete mixer is suitable for all kinds of construction projects and the small prefabricated file.
3. The cement mixer is a new type of domestic mixer with two compact structure, good looks. The main components of its structure, including: mixing device, stirring drive system, feeding, unloading system, water supply systems, rack and walking systems, electrical control system, lubrication system.
1. The shaft end does not need to be injected with any lubricating oil, saving cost, no pollution to the concrete, easy maintenance.
2. The spray area is bigger, the water is more even, shorten the stirring time.
3. Imported from foreign professional suppliers of the speed reducer, operation smoothly, long service life, low noise, no oil leakage.
4. The mixing shaft is provided with a protective hoop to prevent the concrete from blocking and protecting the stirring shaft to last longer.
5. The concrete mixer is equiped with multiple shaft end sealing protection device and wind pressure sealing protection device and effectively avoid leakage absolutely.
