Weighing system
In accordance with the national standards of measurement and weighing, sand and gravel from the loader into the concrete batching machine. After measuring, aggregate will be conveyed by a belt conveyor into the middle of the mixer located in the middle of the warehouse.
Mixing system
The mixing system is the core system of the concrete mixing station. We use international advanced compulsory twin-shaft JS 1000 concrete mixer. And obtained the national patent shaft seal to prevent mud leakage.
Storing system
PLD1600 Batching machine, which could be used for 3-4 different kind of materails.
Cement silos store powdery materials such as cement and fly ash. The powdery material is communicated with the ash inlet pipeline through the bulk cement conveyor, and directly sent to the powdery silo for storage. Finally, it is conveyed to the concrete mixer by a screw conveyor.
Additive weighing
On top of the concrete mixer, the prefabricated additives and water are mixed into the mixer and mixed with the weighed powder for the first time in the mixer.
Control system
The Control system is divided into two types of fully automatic and semi-automatic. Full automatic is equipped with PLC, that be able to print a variety of statements, clear response. Semi-automatic control panel, low cost.
