Mixing system
JS1500 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer by feeding, mixing, the composition of the discharge, water, electric, cover, chassis, legs and other parts. Mixing system is directly connected by a planetary reducer, open gears, mixing tank, stirring device, oil installations and other components.
Batching system
PLB2400 with 3bins or 4bins batching machine, The optimum vibration lining panel structure with large inclined angular and concentric needle arch design, adjustable pressure reducing plate ensures loading efficiency, stable performance, safe production and convenient use.
Weighting System
In accordance with the national standards of measurement and weighing, sand and gravel from the loader into the concrete batching machine, after measuring, aggregate will be conveyed by belt conveyor(or hopper hoist) into the middle of the mixer located in the middle of warehouse.

Cement silo system
