MASS PRODUCTION PROCEDURE

Weaving of Gabions:

1) Gabions are molded once. Except cover plates, the edge plates, end plates and bottom plates are inseparable. Length/width tolerance (±5%) height tolerance (±5%). The interior part is isolated into independent units by adopting clapboards every other one meter.

2)Gabions adopt assembly mode. The cover plates, the edge plates, end plates and bottom plates are separately assembled into cages wound by spiral steel wire. All the edge wire of the cage adopts thick wire to improve the strength of the gabions.

PACKAGING DETAILS

Gabion Box Wire Mesh is usually packaged in bundles. According to the specific sizes, Gabion Box panels are woven and then will be folded into bundles, fixed with a binding belt, and then loaded into the container. APPLICATIONS

The Gabions must be filled with rock ranging between 100 mm and 250 mm.
