Looper quilting machine features

  1. High rigidity machine body,perfect protecting equipment and steady-going control system.
  2. Machines servo motors and drives are from Japan, Delta transducer,Japan made bearings,and German needles.
  3. Multi-span and independent quilting with pattern compensation function.
  4. Computer can store 960 patterns with about 300 patterns already existed, and have pattern editing function.
  5. Adopt the upgraded computer system, machine works more stably

  6. Automatic stop when up or bottom thread is broken, and both up and down safety infrared protection.

  7. New aluminum alloy needle bar and press plate are controlled by a double-swinging device without cam avoiding lubrication and dirtying of material.
  8. Auto faults tips for servo motor system and transducer,which is convenient to eliminate problems.
  9. Steady running,high speed,low noise,very thick material with precise quilting.

Warranty
Warranty: 1 year.
1) During warranty, the machine parts(except consumable parts, like needle, hook, looper, etc) can
be replaced for free.
2) Computer can be sent back to repair. Under warranty, if computer broken, it can be replaced for
free, but first need to send computer back for checking.
3) Consumable parts is not under warranty. We provide additional consumable parts with machine
for about one year to use. Pls refer to packing list.
4) Offer life-time after service. Any time if machine has problem, customer can tell us problem with
photos and small video. We will help to solve problem by online guide.
If problem very serious, we can send technician to customer's place as request. Customer need to
bear visa cost, round trip flight tickets, food and board, and technician labor cost USD100/day.
