1. High production efficiency
Using the ultrasonic wave technology, the outer circumferences of the bead tubes are welded to each other, and then radially wound into a loop shape to be transported according to the bead conveying process. When transported to the lower side of the embroidery needles, the welding point on the bead tube is cut off synchronously by moving knife and needle descending., so as to realize the embroidery system of separating the bead tube,. The operation is convenient and the production efficiency is high.
