The safe use:
 
1.There is a safety valve on the end cover of the oil tank of the air compressor. When the air pressure in the oil tank reaches 1.1 times of the set value, the safety valve opens automatically, releases part of the air and reduces the pressure in the oil tank.The method to check the safety valve is to gently pull the deflating rod on the safety valve when the compressor is fully loaded. If the safety valve can exhaust outward, it is considered normal.

2.There is a pressure gauge on the oil tank, which detects the pressure before the filter.The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with drain valve. Open the drain valve regularly to drain the water and dirt deposited at the bottom of the oil tank.

3.There is a transparent oil level mirror beside the oil tank to show the level of oil in the oil tank.The correct oil level is in the middle of the upper and lower degree when the air compressor is working normally. If the oil level is too high, it will run away. If it is too low, the safety of the whole machine will be affected.

4.The oil tank belongs to the pressure vessel must have the manufacturing qualification of professional manufacturers.Each tank has a unique number and certificate.

Cause of issue:
 
1.The safety valve leaks.
