Working principle of air compressor temperature control valve:
The working principle of the temperature control valve of the screw air compressor is the thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature-sensitive liquid.
When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature-sensitive liquid in the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensitive liquid expands and pushes the valve core downward to close the valve, reducing the flow of heat medium; when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensitive liquid shrinks and the return spring pushes The valve core is opened to increase the flow of heat medium.
The screw air compressor temperature control valve controller has PI and PID adjustment functions, precise control, multi-loop control, and diverse functions. It can realize the control of fluid flow, pressure, differential pressure, temperature, humidity, enthalpy and air quality.
