MCLLROY’s MTL40 articulated telescopic handler features MCLLROY’s new Smart Hydraulics package. Higher flow auxiliaries and a seat-mounted servo joystick enhance operator comfort and productivity.

Additionally, MCLLROY’s unique regenerative hydraulics system improves cycle times and reduces fuel consumption.

The Smart Hydraulics package also includes end-of-stroke damping on boom lift, extension/retract and attachment dump cylinder.

MCLLROY’s Auto Smoothride System further improves comfort and productivity.

The MCLLROY MTL40 is designed without compromise to deliver the strength and power you need from an articulated telescopic handler.

1> MCLLROY’s stringent testing program includes high-stress loading of the chassis, boom and other key components, and thousands of transmission cycles under agricultural conditions.

2> The centrally-mounted lift, tilt and extension rams eliminate boom twisting and utilize keyhole castings for greater structural integrity.

3> Like all major MTL40 components, the hydraulic cylinders on the MTL40 are made by MCLLROY. Engines, axles, transmissions, engines, cabs and hydraulics all work together for optimal reliability. MCLLROY’s unique oscillating center pivot point maintains even weight distribution over each of the four wheels. delivering maximum traction, stability and ride comfort.

4> For long-term protection, MCLLROY cabs and body panels are electrophoretic alloy-dipped before painting.

1> From the high, centrally mounted driving position you’re in complete control, with a low boom pivot and large glass areas giving an unhampered 360° view.
Eliminating the need for exhaust after treatment means the MTL35’s Eco-MAX engine is extremely compact, so there’s no compromise on either visibility or maneuverability.

2> For fast and precise control, the MTL40 is fitted with ergonomically-designed, fully proportional, single-lever, seat-mounted servo joystick controls.

Manual gear changes, speed and direction are easily controlled from the joystick. Alternatively, the operator can choose automatic gear changing.

3> The MCLLROY system keeps operators comfortable and focused for longer. Adjustable air conditioning makes it easy to select the perfect cab temperature all year round, from the depths of winter to the hottest harvesting days.The fully adjustable  seat provides excellent support and comfort. An optional air-suspension model is available.

4> A selectable transmission dump on the foot brake provides superb multi-functioning and allows increased engine speeds during loading or rehandling.

5> The MCLLROY MTL40’s articulated steering allows built-in sideshift, which makes it easier to position attachments and place loads accurately.

 
4) SERVICING MADE EASY.

The MCLLROY MTL40 is equipped with MCLLROY’s next generation in-cab display and automated in-cab daily checks, including coolant and engine oil levels. Graphite impregnate bronze bushes enable 200-hour greasing intervals, to further reduce maintenance requirements and maximize uptime.
1> The wide-core single-faced cooling pack delivers maximum performance and lets small materials pass through.
2> An optional reversing fan is available to allow simple and easy cleaning of the cooling pack.
3> A cyclonic air cleaner reduces debris build up in the air filter while an air intake scavenge system removes debris, extending service intervals.
