Each cabinet can be put a variety of non-standard steaming tools SuCh as: steamer. 12'dish, 1/2GN basin, 2/1GN basin. The patented heat recovery design helps the flue gas temperature from about 600 to 200 degrees or so, and fully recyclable heat, which can keep original into the water temperatures rise above 20 degrees 90 degrees, greatly improving the thermal efficiency, more energy saving.
