These cold stores are suitable for all kinds of industry, including seafood chiller/freezer, vegetable and fruit chiller, kitchen chiller and freezer.

Description

1. Cold Room Materials - To satisfy different customer,  we have many materials cold rooms suitable for all kinds of industry, like stainless steel (304), white colorbond, galvanized steel, aluminum steel, SS checker plate, AL check plate, salt steel etc.

Generally, stainless steel  and white colorbond materils are most popular. Salt steel is special type for coastal area, with anti-corruption design, also cheaper than stainless steel when the budget is not enough. Colorbond materials are common type, widely used and competitive.

2. Cold Room Structure - Cold rooms are combined piece by piece according to intallation drawing. All panels fabricated camlocks, with tongue-and-groove joint, it's very easy to install according to drawing supplied.

Standard width is 1160mm, height can be from 2000mm to 8000mm, moreover, all sizes panels can be customized as your specical request. With the high density metal panel and camlock, can use under 150 kg tension.

3. Cool room panel thickness - Panel thickness and working temperature,based on ambient temperature 35℃.

Different thickness panel, the temperature using range is different.

4. Corner type - Right angle corner is common and widely used. If needed, we have curved corner design. This type is environmental protection, beautiful and easy to clean, especially for 5-star hotel like Marriott,Hyatt,Hilton etc.

5. Floor type - Coldroom floor have two types according to site request. The Walk-in type floor is installed on the ground directly, the panel interior steel request thicker than wall and ceiling, like 1.2mm thickness stainless steel checker. The recessed type, generally will recess 200mm (or 150mm...) under the ground, then backfill concrete and tile on the bare PU panels, to enhance the hardness of the floor and allow forklift drive inside.

6. Doors - Gennerally, we will offer swing (hinged) or sliding door for each cold room. Our standard size are 860x1900mm of swing door and 1000x1900mm of sliding door.  If you have special request, we can customize accordingly.

7. Application - We can supply high temperature (chiller) coldroom, low temperature (Freezer) coldroom and blast freezer as your request. Such as Beverage Chiller, Meat Chiller, Seafood Chiller, Vegetable Chiller,Fruit Chiller,Wast Chiller, Meat Freezer, Seafood Freezer,General Freezer,Kitchen Freezer,Kit Freezer.

8. Refrigeration system supply - We can also supply refrigeration system to match different temperature coldroom. We have , Tecumseh,Copeland, Maneurop,Performer,Highly brand air-cooled / water-cooled system for your referance. Also, have our own brand Coldmach full set intelligent condensing unit, Monoblock unit etc.

9. Cooperative partners -The coldroom, freezer and chiller room and blast freezer room can be used for hotel,gastronomy, food production, staff restaurant, hospitals, cold chain logistics, ship ect.
