The modular blast chiller / freezer are designed to be as easy to use as 1-2-3. the technologically adavanced control panel offers a choice of 90 minutes or probe controlled cycle of full or partial loads indicating temperature and time elapsed at any point during the cycle. An option printer offers enhanced monitoring and control to meet load safety standards. Hard and soft chill options add further flexibility for delicate loads such vegetables, fish, or pastries using soft blast . Or meat based sauces. Meat joint or deserts using hard balst.

1. Materials:
This deep freezer cold room made of stainless steel, have 304 or 314 for your referance. This steel thickness can be 0.6mm,0.8mm,1.0mm etc
2. Coldroom structure: the cold room combined piece by piece according to drawing. It can be customized as your specical request. Each panel fabricated with camlock, with tongue-and - groove joint, very easy to assemble.

5. Floor type, This deep freezer cold room is walk in type floor. Moreover, we have recessed type for your choice. Recessed type can backfill concrete on floor panel, to enhance hardness to allow forklift drive inside.
6. Door type: This deep freezer cold room showed above have sliding door and hinged door for your referance. One door for one room or two doors as your choice.
