Description

1. Materials - All kinds of  materials of coldroom for your referance. Generally, stainless steel coldroom often used for 5 star hotel. Salt steel is special type for coastal area, having anti-corruption design, and cheaper than stainless steel when the budget is limited. Colorbond materials is common type, widely used and competitive.

2. Structure - Combined Cold room panels piece by piece according to intallation drawing. We use high quality, top grade and perfect appearance to show the unique features of Coldroom, with the high density metal panel and camlock, can use under 150 kg tension.

3.  Panel thickness - Panel thickness and working temperature,based on ambient temperature 35℃

4. Corner type - we can supply curve corner and right corner cold rooms.

5. Floor type - Walk in type floor is installed on the ground directly. The recessed type, generally the floor panel will recess 200mm (or 150mm...) under the ground, then backfill concrete and tile on the bare panels, to enhance the hardness of the floor and allow forklift drive inside.

6. Door type - Gennerally, we will offer swing (hinged) or sliding door for coldrrom as your request. If you have special request, we can customize accordingly.

7. Application - We can supply high temperature (chiller) coldroom, low temperature (Freezer) coldroom and blast freezer as your request. Such as Beverage Chiller, Meat Chiller, Seafood Chiller, Vegetable Chiller,Fruit Chiller,Wast Chiller, Meat Freezer, Seafood Freezer,General Freezer,Kitchen Freezer,Kit Freezer.

8. Refrigeration system matched - We can also supply refrigeration system to match different temperature coldroom. We have , Tecumseh,Copeland, Maneurop,Performer,Highly brand air-cooled / water-cooled system for your referance. Also, have our own brand Coldmach full set intelligent condensing unit, Monoblock unit etc.

9. Installation

1). Installing by the user: we will test and install coldroom before shipping, we will supply all necessary spare parts, operation manual and drawings to guide the installation.

2). We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide online technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.

10. Warranty

1) We supply 12 months warranty after delivery.

2) Any complaints and problems, will be replied within 24 hours by our professional after-sales department.

4) Within warranty period, we will provide spare parts replacement  for free.

5)  We will charge at market price for spare parts when beyond guarantee period
