l The first safety lock is located between the based and the tray. To remove the tray for cleaning, turn the knob to zero and push the meat pallet aside.
l The knob will then be lock is found in the sharpener. If the sharpener is removed, the machine will automatically switch off.
l The third safety lock is found on the belt wheel behind the blade.
l When the blade guarding disk is loose, the machine will automatically switch off.
